3. Our Services

a. Educational Services

We offer Qur’an recitation, memorisation, Tajweed, and Arabic language classes online.

b. Nikah & Islamic Marriages

We facilitate Islamic Nikah ceremonies through authorised personnel. It is your responsibility to register the marriage with your civil authority if needed.

c. Khula & Faskh

We assist women in initiating Islamic separation through recognised procedures. We do not guarantee outcomes or legal recognition.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payments are non-refundable unless cancelled by My Sheikh Online.
  • Free trial sessions are available for selected classes to ensure satisfaction before subscription.

5. Missed Sessions & Cancellations

  • Educational sessions require a 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
  • For advisory or ceremonial services, a 48-hour notice is required.
  • Last-minute cancellations must be directly communicated to the assigned teacher or advisor

6. User Conduct

All users agree to:

  • Respect staff, scholars, and other users at all times
