Nikkah Form

Please attach copies of:

• Passports or valid photo ID (Bride, Groom, Wali)
• Proof of Address (Bride and Groom)
• Divorce, Death Certificate, or Power of Attorney (if applicable)
• Signed Declaration Page (Section 8 below)
• Any relevant documents to verify the permissibility of Nikah without Wali (if applicable)
• For online Nikah: screenshots or short video call for ID validation (we will provide steps after submission)

• All Islamic conditions must be met.
• Bride’s Wali must attend, or provide notarised Power of Attorney if abroad. (Refer to Wali note in Section 2)
• Two adult male Muslim witnesses are mandatory.
• Online Nikah requires:
  • Video presence of all parties including Wali and witnesses.
  • Signed digital documentation before ceremony.
  • Reliable internet and legal acknowledgment that this is a religious contract only.
  • Live identity check and document cross-verification (you may be asked to show ID during the call).
• Minimum Legal Age Required: We do not conduct Nikah for anyone below the legally recognised marriageable age (based on your local/national laws). Any falsified age information may result in cancellation and, if necessary, be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Minor Marriage Policy: We strictly do not perform Nikah for anyone under the legal age. If false age, coercion, or misrepresentation is suspected, we reserve the right to refuse or report the case as required by law.

Fee Structure:

• £250: Online (Mon–Sun)
• £300: In-office (Mon–Fri)
• £350: In-office (Sat–Sun)
• £450: Client venue in West Yorkshire
• Outside West Yorkshire £450 plus Travel cost.

• Deposit may be required to secure the date

“Please note: Payments are non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least 3 days before the Nikah date, in which case £25 will be deducted for admin costs. Rescheduling without 3 days’ notice will be treated as a cancellation. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund, except where false or misleading information has been provided.”
